Spore syringes contain several millions of psilocybin spores, dissolved in 10ml of sterile water. These syringes are ready to use for microscopic research or to inoculate a sterile substrate (see the instructions below). The pre-made syringes are sealed with a cap, called luer lock, which needs to be unscrewed from the needle before using. Spore syringes are not preservatives, so please use them within one year after purchase.
The psilocybin mushrooms are well known for their spiritual effects and have been used by shamans for centuries. They are considered the most potent psychedelic mushroom of all and can offer experiences of altered consciousness.
The process of preparing to grow Psilocybin mushrooms is fairly simple, but requires quite a bit of cleaning and sterilization. First, prepare your space by sanitising the area and wiping surfaces. You should also sterilize the shot glass or small dish where you will store the syringe, as well as the spore solution (if you are making a fresh one). Next, heat your pressure cooker to 15psi and place the shot glass/dish and spore solution in it. Pressure cook for about 30 minutes. When you’re done cooking, take out the pressure cooker and let the shot glass/dish cool.
After the shot glass/dish has cooled, you’re ready to inoculate your jars with the spore solution. Use a spore syringe to inject the spore solution into the jars. If you’re inoculating a ready-made grow bag, you’ll just need to poke the holes (or remove the micropore tape covering them) and squirt around 4ml of the solution. Psilocybin spore syringe
